Jolie, (Gulfwind Sir William x Willowist Promise to Keep) is a coming 5 year old and is currently in training with Pam Meyer of Buellton, CA.  Jolie and Pam have competed twice at intro level and received first place in the dressage suitability class at the Morgan Medallion regional show in Santa Barbara.

Merriewold JS Bach and Merriewold Kasey, went to the Mother Load Horse Show over the Labor Day weekend. 
We are proud to announce that JS earned his second championship. 
He was Jr Hunter Champion!
This was Kasey’s first show and he was shown “in hand”.  He was first in the three year old sport horse gelding class
and was Reserve Champion sport horse gelding !

CONGRATULATIONS to our two Champions!

Santa Barbara is the perfect venue for Horse Showing.  Beautiful climate, views of Mountains and the incomparable village for after show entertainment!

We were back this year with three horses:

    
Merriewold JS Bach
Earl McFall Rider, Trainer
JS came in second in the Hunter Pleasure Junior Horse Class
and won first place in the Hunter Pleasure Limit Class

     
Merriewold Hero
Julie Corlett, Rider, Trainer
Competed in dressage at First level and did test 2 and 3
He also came in 3rd in the Dressage suitability class

    
Merriewold Jolie
Pam Meyer, Rider, Trainer
This was Jolie’s debut show, she did intro level A and B
She also went in the Dressage suitability class and won the class!
CONGRATULATIONS to Pam and Jolie!

JS was the Hunter Pleasure JR Champion at the Far West Regional Show. 
The competition was tough and the classes were large.  So we are very pleased with his win.

JS follows in the tradition of other Majesty My Fair Lady offspring, 
World Champion UVM Farah and National Champion Merriewold Diplomat.

Merriewold Hanah (Lyonhill Quasar x Moonsets Reflection) won three of her four jumping classes at the Santa Barbara Morgan Medallian Regional “A” rated show.  If they had offered a championship…she would have won it! 
Hanah is going to Nationals!

Merriewold Hanah (Lyonhil Quasar x Moonset’s Reflection)
won first place in 3 of the 4 jumping classes at the
Santa Barbara Morgan Medallion Regional Show.
Trained by Earl McFall of Dragonfire Farm…Hanah Loves to jump!

Also competing in the hunter division Hanah and Earl took second place
in the Hunter Pleasure limit class and a third in the Championship.
Both were very large competitive classes.
