Well, actually it took several days. We moved five horses to the new barn on Friday June 1. These five got to settle in over the weekend. Jackie and I rode in the arena for the first time on Saturday, and had our first lesson with Carol Friend at the ranch on Monday. The mares and foals and two yearlings came the following Tuesday. Here is our move in pictures:
Jazz and Rocket came first.
Then Hero, Marika and Gaysha

A surprise arrived from Pogie! A beautiful wreath!

Jazz and Rocket’s first time in their pastures.

Gaysha and Marika like two old friends.

Hero has to charge around and make a lot of noise.

Here we are in the arena for the first time.

Carol Friend and our first Lesson at “Ranchitas”

The mares and foals arrive on Tuesday. (I had to leave before Emotion and Jesse went out.)
And last but not least the yearlings.

A few parting shots!

And finally this is what I see from my front patio, it is what I have been waiting for, the view that makes all the work worth while!

Here are new photos of the Pho family and Merriewold Elegance. They are enjoying Ellie on the trails and in the arena. Thanks for the photos!
